Rose cut me 4 times with the drill then looked at it waved her hand as if it wasnt a big deal. Then said oh… you be fine, you okay. She just put tips with dip, no acrylic at all and charged me for a full set. She didn’t listen to what i wanted i told her I wanted them shorter and she ignored my request. And because she knew my nails looked horrible she “threw in” the rhinestones which are horribly placed. My nails are bumpy, uneven, and look very unprofessional. She rushed the whole way through. I will never come back here for any service again.

This was my first time coming here and probably my last. I came in this shop in hopes of getting some short, cute acrylic nails. Prior to showing up to the shop I had called and asked if they had any availability for a full acrylic set, she told me to come right in. I had arrived to the shop about 6 mins after the call and was waiting for almost an hour. I had also asked the lady for shorter nails but she said short would be no good. It also felt quite rushed. As you can see from the photos the nails were crooked and not sized for my fingers. I left this shop with super long, crooked, sloppy, uncomfortable nails. I am extremely disappointed and do not reccomend this place unless you are prepared for nails like these.

One thing for sure she gone make sure your nails last long and look good , great pedicures for $40 they will make your feet feel and look like heaven … all your money worth I love this shop and definitely will be coming back .

Worse nail salon in the city it’s service is horrible and prices are different from ones listed online and in shop I think this business should go out of business and I don’t say that lightly customer service is so horrible it’s just best you avoid this place if you want your toes and nails to look good and this is only a week after I got my nails done your nails should last at least two weeks and I wanted shorter nails for my job but the lady told me short nails not good this is the worse set I’ve ever had and the shape is horrible not at all what I desires I wanted oval I got this weird shape this is a awful place to get your toes and nails done just avoid at all cost I will never go again if my nails look like this after literally one week literally started to look bad after two days I hate this nail salon rude unprofessional and doesn’t listen to the client and carvers crazy prices to there liking

01/28/2023–It has been a month since my last visit. At that time, the service was really good, but their credit card machine was down. I had to leave after my service, find an ATM, and bring cash back to pay. I visited just yesterday, and their credit card machine was still not working. So be prepared ahead of time to pay cash. Also, this salon had several employees on hand to provide service. My last visit a couple of days ago revealed that only one employee was working. I saw one customer. The pedicure section was dark. I left immediately.
