Scheduled a bikini wax a week ago and the esthetician cancelled on me the morning of my appointment. She sent me a cancellation policy stating I would be charged 50% of my appointment if I cancelled in less than 24 hours. I would have appreciated the same courtesy. I understand people get sick but if you expect a 24 hour notice, you should give the same to your clients

I went here to get a haircut with layers. Jessie was my stylist and she was so nice and knowledgeable about everything. It was my first haircut in many years and I explained I was nervous so she said we will not go too crazy with them so I felt way better. I can always add more if I’d like so I’m excited to do styling with my new layers. Highly recommend this location and going to Jessie for all your hair needs!

Kayla did an amazing job. I had my hair done previously at another salon and it was awful. Kayla was awesome. She is a true master stylist and colorist. I love, love, love my hair now! The Iris salon is welcoming, professional and clean. I highly recommend Kayla.

I saw Cate in September and we did a double process with toner. I had explained I wanted to be blonde in front as I have to pull my hair up for work. As she was blow drying my hair she was very quiet. I walked out of there darker than I did going in. The toner sat for 15 min which I’m guessing killed the highlights. I paid $234 including tip, the most I’ve ever paid for my hair and messaged her when I got home that it needed to be lighter and she wanted me to wait 1 week, then 2 weeks for the toner to rinse out. She wouldn’t give me a full refund due to her time and product – she gave me $50. I feel as though she didn’t want to admit what went wrong with my hair and I’m out alot of money for not getting what I wanted. Buyer beware and go to someone experienced!
