Can’t comment on the actual service provided, but the place was busy (always a good sign of a quality operation) and the operators as well as the customers were friendly and loved hearing of the store’s heritage.
Sorry to mention this. I hope this salon gets rid of their pet roaches and horse flies.
update: i went back and i’m so happy with my new set ♡
first experience: i walked in without an appointment and was seated immediately. the chairs were comfortable as well. the tech who applied and shaped my acrylics was INCREDIBLE. his technique was amazing and he examined the nails from literally every angle. i’ve never had such a perfectly symmetrical set. the gel polish application was okay; they came out a little bit lumpy in some areas but it’s not very noticeable. overall, she was able to do exactly what i asked for with a matte base and glossy tips. this salon is absolutely worth supporting!
second experience: just as good if not better than the first time i was there. the pricing was very reasonable ($40 for a gel polish removal and acrylic fill plus cat eye marble gel polish) and the staff was great just like last time. this is my new go-to nail shop!
