I got my nails and delux pedicure done one week ago today and I’m so upset my nails cost 200$ and one of my nails already snapped off as well as my toes already one of them chipped and I now have 9 toes with French and one without! Absolutely not acceptable for the first price charged hopefully the owner can make this right I’m a repeat customer customer and I’m in the area and unfortunately this is not good customer service let me add I also tipped 20$ as well ! Absolutely not acceptable

I found this place with great reviews and great prices on Google. I just went in to get my nails soaked off and a new full set. Well, they have changed all their prices, no longer do Acrylic, and to soak off these nails (yellow picture) and get pink set, the owner quoted me $95! $55 for new set, $20 to do coffin shape, and $20 to soak off!😡 These prices don’t even match the new price list that’s posted. When I asked what nails they do for the posted $45, he said “short short, and pointed to the gold line on my current nails which is literally at the tip of my fingers. 😡 For them to be medium length and square (between 1/8 & 1/4 inch past my fingertips, he said $65 and said they will be wide (unlike the picture he has posted for square nails)😡 When I explained that I don’t want my nails to flare outward because my fingers are small, he said that would be $20 additional😡I just wasted my time coming over here, this place may be good but, they are scammers when pricing. My search to find a new salon continues…Thanks for NOTHING but wasting my time and Gas Ricky‼️

You show that you have very poor customer service with your attempt to insult my nails. I didn’t tell a single lie whereas you on the other hand lied throughout your response! If I am lying, post a picture of your pricing that’s on your wall currently and leave the one that was on here yesterday morning. I have a screenshot if you need it! You never ONCE mentioned charging for a design on two nails! You said $20 for coffin, and you combined two different soak prices. I didn’t even mention how you sat there and told me that once you started to soak my nails off, if I then decided to get a full set, you wouldn’t do them because of the time to soak. That made no sense so I asked you what was different if I said prior to soaking to do a full set, I asked you if the process was the same and you said yes! So don’t play with me, play with your kids, and while you’re attempting to mock my nails sir, lets discuss those black, gothic, polished nails your “manly” self is walking around with! And I gave a 1-star rating because a zero or negative isn’t allowed! Maybe I should screenshot your reply and expand my reviews to yelp, instagram, facebook, and twitter. Matter of fact, that’s a great idea!

Very disappointed ☹️The guy that did my nails was rushing also , charged me $60 for something that wasn’t even worth spending on . Let me include the cuts I received from him trying to shape my nail. He offered to glue my cut . I told him no, and politely left. Just know that was my first , and last time. It’s nice on the inside , but the work needs to reflect you’re business. Rushing to keep up with every customer that comes in only make you lose people who would’ve definitely came back if you did a good job.

Each and every time I come this this Nail Salon they do the most incredible job.
I’ve been coming to VIP Nails for about 9 months now and I simply won’t go anywhere else.
The prices are completely aligned with the level of service and attention to detail you receive.
I have referred several friends and customers of mine to this Salon and all of them share the same opinion.

My nails are bumpy and so thick, when he was filing my nails I was pulling them away in pain and he just grabbed them and kept filing so aggressively, I don’t know who these new workers are but they aren’t good at all. He was aggressive and my nails came out horrible, I used to go there all the time and my nails looked amazing, I went back for the first time in a few months and I honestly won’t ever go back.
