I was a loyal customer here for many years but won’t be back. The new owners aren’t running things the same. Their tools weren’t clean and my shellac chipped within a week which never happened before. They also skip steps during the manicure now. I agree with other reviews that the vibes are off, they aren’t friendly and seem to be annoyed by standard requests.

Started coming here after constantly being overcharged at other nail salon down the street and Ben is the absolute best. I’m very specific about shape and length. Xl tapered coffin 10/10 even did extra designs great prices as well.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I am not sure why this place has 4 stars. If I could give them no stars I would. The workers were extremely disrespectful/impatient, and their work was horrible. Me and my best friend came here to get our nails done. The whole time my friend’s worker had a stank face on and was being disrespectful anytime we asked her for anything. As she was painting my friend’s white toes she got her red nails on the polish. My worker was very slow and unskilled. Although we were patient with them and tried our best to remain well mannered I do not recommend ANYONE to come here.

I will say everyone in this place can do nails well. However, every time I come to this nail shop I am charged a different price. I’m not sure what’s that about and I can say this will be my last time. I even went as far as looking at my statements to verify it. Other than that I have no complaints with the place.
