1000000/10- I first came to Polished after years of getting dip and my nails were weak and fragile. This whole last year I’ve been seeing Shannon and her technique with structured gel manicures made my natural nails literally brand new. Gel on my nails lasts 3+ weeks. The vibe is honestly indescribable. There’s talking, music, laughing, and zero judgment. Something I’ve been looking for in a nail salon for a long time. This place is more than just a nail salon though, it’s an experience. I walk out of there feeling positively charged with flawless nails. I’m so lucky to have found Polished. My forever go-to! 🩷

Shannon is the nail and soul whisperer! I had an amazing morning with her – she’s incredibly warm, vibrant, and talented. This was my first structured manicure (aka ‘Russian Manicure’) and Shannon was an absolute miracle worker. I’m a nurse with the driest hands from constant washing, scrubbing, etc. My nails and cuticles were an absolute disaster — Shannon breathed life back into them. She was gentle, gave incredible advice, and extremely personable. The salon is absolute perfection, chic and incredibly clean. Thank you for sharing your gift, Shannon!!

These ladies are absolutely AMAZING!!! I cane to Polished back in June after going to salons with bad experiences and absolutely destroyed nails. Brooke is a godsend and has saved my nails, they are so much stronger now. They are all so talented, I’m not a nail art girl but I’ve started getting nail art and they’re amazing! The entire team is beyond friendly – I feel like I’m just hanging out with my friends when I go, and I always look forward to seeing all of them because I feel so welcome and like I’m just hanging out with my friends🥰
I don’t usually give reviews, but I would genuinely give more than 5 stars if i could.
