I have gotten my nails done here a few times, and they are always expedient and professional. The powder dip was only $60.00 with my Valentines Day/Chiefs colors. I was pleased by how well they came out and still can’t stop looking at them.

I’ve been a loyal customer at The Nail Place for about three years now, and while I’ve generally had positive experiences with their services, there’s one aspect that warrants attention.

There’s an issue with how the staff handles feedback and criticism. As someone who has worked in sales for a significant period, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Whenever I’ve politely pointed out a mistake or requested a correction, I’ve been met with an unexpected and rude attitude.

As a firm believer in the adage “the customer is always right,” I believe there’s room for improvement in the salon’s approach to handling feedback. A more positive and accommodating attitude towards customer concerns would not only enhance the overall experience but also foster a more positive relationship between clients and staff.

Despite this issue, I continue to patronize The Nail Place due to the quality of their services. However, I must admit that the reluctance to accept feedback doesn’t incentivize me to tip as generously as I otherwise would.

Very skilled nail artists at work here. My granddaughter had a tip and dip and this delicate outlining in 2 shades of pink. They’re gorgeous! And quite reasonably priced at $60. I had a basic pedicure and it was quite detailed. It’s a modern and comfortable salon. Only drawback is that the parking is fairly limited.
