Detailed update on my last visit. 4 stars because of pedicure, could have been 5 if not the manicure. Pedicure was a great, attentive person who gave me a pedicure, result: lighter feeling and soft and relaxed legs and feet. When it comes to manicure: the manicure itself was good (my cuticle area never looked better) the problem started when the lady started putting gel nail polish. The nail polish bled out to my cuticle area, although i couple time asked to fix it, she missed couple places. The coating is so uneven and the technician blamed me for picking light color “I told you not to pick this color”. I always wear light colors, never have been an issue before. Overall lady was a bit rude in my opinion (pulling and twisting my hands a bit, speaking with a little attitude like “I told you so”). Wanted to talked with whom I thought a manager (very nice guy who greeted me), but haven’t seen him around that time.
VERDICT: I definitely will come back for pedicure (I belive guy’s name was Eric), manicure less likely

***UPDATE! My manicure didn’t even last a week. Chipped after 4 days

From all I’ve seen and heard while there, ALL of the techs do amazing work. Trisha has become my absolute go to nail tech. She’s very sweet and personable. She listens to what I want as well as offers her own advice and personal creativity. She takes her time getting it right and making sure I’m happy with it. She also takes her time with the aromatherapy Pedi, giving an amazing pampering massage. She’s awesome. 💯💅👍

All of the lady’s and guys in here are amazing. Vivian is my person though, she gets me right every time. She keeps it real and lets me know what looks good and doesn’t. Been coming here for years and don’t plan on stopping!

Did great job on nails. But there’s a huge communication barrier on what your getting done or wanting done and the prices. It wld be nice
if they told you how much what your wanting done is gonna cost before hand and to make sure your both on same page and a clear picture of what is being done. So you don’t get a surprise total at the end
