Horrible experience. I had dip that I wanted off and replaced. Instead of soaking my nails, she ripped off the old product tearing off my natural nail underneath. I told her it was hurting. At first, she ignored me then I said “ouch” loudly, and then I told her that usually these are soaked off not torn off. She got annoyed and soaked the last two. Next, when she was filing my nails she was so rough, and she did not file them evenly. I will NEVER go back. Don’t waste your time or money. HORRIBLE!!

Bad place to go if you’re not the right person for their shop. I feel they discriminate,and I’ve witnessed it. I addressed it with the manager told him how we felt. He said he wasn’t apologizing for anything he didn’t so anything wrong.

They got me in and out on a Saturday afternoon! No wait. Plenty of mail techs. My nail tech was patient with me, respected what I wanted and was well mannered. These things are all hard to come by. I got a pink medium length coffin set with unicorn snot powder. One week later so far still fire. Thank you Solar nails!
