I would say that my nails are: meh… not the worst I had, but not worth it 60 dollars… the price was 50 but I paid with cash and they didn’t returned the change, and trust me, I always tip but I don’t like when they force me to tip and when they put the amount. The work was worth it 30 dollars, in my opinion, definitely not coming back, and I’ll keep looking for a better nail technician in the city.

I been looking for a good nail salon for awhile now and I finally found one! I walked in for a set and as soon as I walked in I was sat down!!! The guy who did my nails was supper nice and always asking me laugh! At the end of the appointment I left really happy!!! They do a really really good job and I will definitely be making this my spot.

I’ve went to Posh nails several times and have always been satisfied. But today one of the males there cut the side of my toe with the cubicle nippers. I felt him wiping the blood away and continued working. A few minutes later when he sprayed a mixture on all of my toes it burned very badly and I informed him that he cut me and the alcohol was burning badly. He did not understand me so the guy next to him translated and looked at my foot as well. They could see the cut. No one did anything at all. This is very dangerous and unsanitary. As soon as I left I went to Walmart to purchase Neosporin and bandages as recommended by the woman sitting next to me so as to prevent infection.

Called inquiring about a gift card and services performed. A VERY rude gentleman picked up the phone. Not only was he confusing answering my questions, when I tried clarifying, raised his voice. Once again clarifying his response, he HUNG UP!
If the manager is treating customers like this I could only imagine the professionalism and quality of work of their techs. Avoid location at all costs.

Won’t recommend they are rude. Owner kept telling us wait alittle while letting 4 people go ahead us. If you want great service this not the place to go. Lady came in at 5:45pm owner lied said she had a 5:00 apt make sense out of that when I was already waiting 1 hour 1/2 already won’t be going back. If you want great service wouldn’t recommend this place
