The staff here is professional! I love that the receptionist encourages clients to wash their hands first, before receiving services. The staff here also sanitize their equipment before use. I received the lavender pedicure and the scent was amazing! My manicure is beautiful and the technician was professional. I plan to return here especially since there’s a reward program! I’m very impressed as a first time client.
Had to get a touch up because the chrome polish chipped after a week of me getting my manicure.
I also decided to have my left, big toe retouched because of a cracked nail. Tina, I don’t need attitude. I just want my nails to look polished. You got really frustrated with me, even after I left a tip and I paid $150 for the chrome polish (even after she asked me several times if I can afford the fee). Don’t appreciate that because I’m going through a rough time. Plus my chrome on my right foot is chipping and there’s another crack. Oh, my!

I came in for the first time yesterday – I called to see if they took walk-ins or had any appointments left in the day at around 3:30pm, they do take walk-ins but were able to schedule me at 6pm. I ended up getting there over an hour early and they were able to see me immediately! Huy was my tech and words can’t begin to describe the phenomenal job he did. They are hands-down the nicest set I’ve ever had, he took his time shaping them and they are flawless. Normally I go for neutral shades but I have costume plans and he recommended the perfect thing to fit the theme. I can’t wait to come back, thank you Huy and Polished!!

Update 11/12 – I went and saw Huy again today and he did not disappoint!! I’m even happier with this set than the last, and I got the lavender pedicure this time – totally worth it. I’m so glad to have found my regular spot.

Quality really depends on who works on you. $300 for 2 of us. My nails started peeling 2 days later, was forced to find another salon to get everything removed. Polished Nail Salon simply put nail polish on me, no filing and did very little to clean up my finger nails. Toes weren’t any better leaving easily visible marks between the old polish and the new. The other person with me got really good service and nails are in great condition.

So bad 😭. Came for walk in mani/pedi. Polish was extremely sloppy and smudged. Nails shaped very unevenly. Cuticle removal was painful and aggressive and made one finger bleed. Toes were also cut/shaped crooked and left with sharp edges. Polish left on skin around nails. It was also really odd they made me pay right before they painted my nails. I never write bad reviews. This was a particularly poor experience.

I got my first set of fake nails last week at a different salon and they wound up being too long for me. Me, not knowing any better, thought my only recourse was to remove them. I made the appt to do so with Polished, arrived, and my nail tech asked why I was getting rid of them. I advised they were too long to be manageable for me and she told me that she could file them down instead of get rid of them if I wanted. I didn’t even know that was an option and I am so grateful to her for educating me. She was then super quick, efficient, and nice as she did exactly that. I can now use my fingers again AND keep the pretty nails I had and I very much appreciate the tech for offering another solution. I will be returning any time I want something else done to my nails.
