GiGi does an excellent job with nails. I brought in a photo, and she did an excellent job replicating it. Also, I had a deluxe pedicure. It was amazing!

I had acrylic nails, for the first time, the nail tech pretended not to understand what I was asking, he was very rough. He cut my fingers when I said that he was hurting me. He and his colleague sniggered and smiled. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate a terrible job. When I ask him to correct several mistakes he didn’t. Long story short the work and customer service was terrible, they were disrespectful, pretended not to understand what I was asking/understand English when I asked about the job/profession that they were there to do professionally. I will never go back there. And would not recommend getting acrylic nails done there. One of the most important things about doing business is understanding your customer especially the service at the receiving. The staff that I encountered pretended not understand the language of the people they were serving. It left me with the feeling of defeat at the same time, one to let my experience known.
Disappointment to the highest!!!!.

I’ve been coming to Nail Zone for years and they do a pretty good job. Yesterday, I got my nails done and I’m happy with the results.

This place is close by in my neighborhood. I don’t get my nails done very often. I sat down in the chair my technician was so concerned with what everyone else was doing she did not do a good job on my nails.
I asked for black, she used the black acrylic which means I can’t wipe this off. I have to come back and get it soaked off but that was not an option to me.
When she put my final coat on It had bubbles. She did not want to take it off because she had another client. I will not be going back.

After going to them for 6 months my nails were infected with fungus and they said it was because I didn’t come every 2 weeks! I asked the guy what was in that bottle that supposedly is to treat fungus? Because obviously it not what they say it is.
