Inspire Nail Bar Indianapolis, IN

I came to the Inspire Nail Bar for a polish change and a repair. I am VERY particular about who does my nails and usually stick with one person that I have been with for years. But it was emergency and I needed help. I had never been here before, but read the reviews and chose the person who came recommended the most. I was greeted promptly and kindly with no wait time. Eric was very friendly and personable and he did a phenomenal job! Best French manicure I’ve had in a very long time. He was very meticulous which I appreciate. I would not hesitate to come back to see him. Haven’t tried a pedicure but if he does those like nails, then I’m sure I’d be pleased.

This is the only place I will get my nails done! I have been a couple other places in the area, but no one does nails better. The whole staff is wonderful, but I always have Andy do my nails. I get dip powder, and he puts so much attention into my manicure every time. I am very hard on my nails, and with Andy they always last without cracking or breaking in between appointments. I’ve only been coming for a couple months now, but every time Andy remembers my preferred length and shape, and I absolutely love the results every time. I highly recommend Inspire Nail Bar, truly the best nails and the best staff!

I was really impressed by the attention to detail, concern for my preferences, and efforts to seek clarity when I declined UV/gel top coat options. I didn’t feel rushed, I have been happy with the quality, and I did not have any early lifting. I appreciate the care for my natural nails. It was a job well done.

Worst $110 I’ve ever spent.

My boyfriend and I went in for pedicures, and the only good part about the whole experience was the massage because my pedicurist had strong hands. Same for my partner.

We walked in and the entire place smelled so strongly of aromatic food and fish that it was like a wall of smell hitting you. I immediately wanted to leave but my guy doesn’t like to seem rude and we had called in advance, so we stayed to give them our business, and walked back to the pedicure area. That room was somewhat separated and the smell was not as strong back there but still the only thing you really smelled.

We were the only customers in there. Valentine’s Day at 4:40ish.

Both my partner and I got the basic pedicure, and I got gel polish. They didn’t cut his nails, or clean under his nails. Only pushed his cuticles back. They quickly brushed a file over them and moved on. My pedicurist did ask if I wanted mine trimmed, I said yes, he did so and then quickly “filed” and went on. No cleaning underneath nails or down the sides. Upon leaving and inspecting closely, I have multiple little notches along both big toenails and a few others on each foot. So they were immediately catching on my socks from the notches, gel polish is cured on so the second I file it, the polish will start peeling up. I also have bubbles on multiple nails. And a little hair or fleck of something under the gel on a big toe. Just crazy that the pedicurist looked at this and was fine with letting us walk out.

Scrubbed both of our feet with a pumice block for 30 seconds if that. My feet are rougher after leaving than when I came in.

Both of us were not satisfied with the service but we are not the type to complain and paid and tipped well and left.

I’ve been to many nail salons. I have worked in multiple nail salons. The staff was kind and friendly, but aside from that, worst pedicure I’ve ever had, and for $110 I did not get the service I should’ve. I’ve paid much less and gotten far better.

Posting this as an honest review because we picked this place off of their 5 star google review, because we are not from there, we are 30 mins away closer to the southside of Indy. 1 star.

LOVE! They got me in quick! The woman who dis my nails was super nice! And she made sure to get every nail perfect! I loved the results. The chairs were comfy. And everyone in there was super nice and welcoming. This will be my new nail place!!!
