I had Shayla do my pedi and I got the classic and she did an amazing job!! I will definitely have her do them again. I had Jade do my nails and I got dip with tip and my daughter did the same from Jade and she literally never disappoints!! I have went to her for more years than I can even remember and I will never let anyone else do my nails!! I will always go where she is!!

We walked in and staff were very polite and able to get us seated for our appointment time. We had an appointment for pedicures. I am disappointed in how they turned out. My gal kept snagging my skin while filing, I said ouch and she said oh that tickles. NO, it hurt! After telling her it hurt she kept doing it saying she needed to get my nails the same. My tonsils are now all different because of her. She then got polish on my skin and took her file to my skin to get it off. I have multiple cuts on my toes now, pictured below is one of the things that happened. Lastly, she filed my toes at the end AGAIN and took the polish off the front.

I go to Jade and she does the absolute best nails!! They are always evenly shaped and the length I want. She does amazing and I have went to her for YEARS!! I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. My daughter went to another lady there and hers looked awesome as well. I think they all do great but I just go to Jade. Always have and always will.

Absolutely love everything about this salon! It’s a comfortable and clean atmosphere. All of the staff is always very friendly! Jade is my go to nail tech always love her work!

Do not recommend. Go almost anywhere else. Highly recommend stilettos in Waukee or Oscar’s though. There is only one talented nail person at star and it’s Jade. But- she cancels appointments and does several other tasks while doing your nails and makes the atmosphere quite chaotic.
Save yourself the money and go to any other place.
