My sister & her friends were their last customers. The guy nail tech was being rough & asked if they could be a little more gentler. The guy tech told her to shut up and that she wasn’t getting her nails done anymore and asked them to leave. After trying to reason the guy nail tech assaulted my minor sister with a broom and called the cops on them. I was on the phone the entire time. When the cops got there they lied and said my sister and he friend was being the aggressor however did not show them any camera footage. They jumped in their truck and left. I will NEVER spend my money here EVER again. H & T Nails should really take into account of how they treat their customers.

I love this shop I think this the most underrated shop there is, they communicate the best they can, Cindy always does a bomb job on my designs providing exactly what I asked for. They have good prices and the nails stay on by minimum 3 weeks and still be having to pry them off with reasonable prices. I travel out my way for this shop. I’ve tried many other shops but it all goes back to quality over quantity. My long nails begin to get loose and wiggle at other places LYS DOES NOT. LYS get me together everytime! Thank you Ly, and thank you Cindy for always going above and beyond with service. You have a customer in me forever and I will always refer people to yall.

Went to get my nails done for my wedding. The lady cut my foot the man cut my finger and they refused to discount me. Said it’s an accident. She kept looking at it and laughing horrible people skills. Told them what I wanted and tried to give me something else. They used to be good. Under new management I suppose.
