The worst customer service I ever received 😒 They don’t care what you tell them and the lady was so rough with my hands poor communication skill in general. Both of my fingers were sore when I left there😭 The following morning my nail polish came off. Am disappointed and can’t recommend them 😕

I think I found my new nail spot! The first time I came I had one issue and they got me in right away next the next morning to fix it at no charge. All the technicians are very friendly and professional.
Kenny G did my dip powder nails and I am 100% pleased. When I pointed out missed spots (there were only 2) he fixed them right away. He was very detailed and careful. I’m very impressed and will definitely be returning!

When I called to see if there were any appointments available, the lady who answered asked if I could come now. I told her no, she then asked what time do I want to come. I told that I could get there at 12:15pm. I was 4 minutes late. I apologized first thing when I got there. There were 3 people working. I waited around 15 minutes and was told to to pick a color, which I had already done. Then I was told that because I was late I would have to wait longer. Which I could understand if I would have 15 minutes or more late, but I was only 4 minutes late. What noticed was there were 2 ladies getting a pedicure & having their gel nails soaked off. Then another lady with an appointment came in. So what that told me was they had no attentions on taking me at for my 12:15 appointment. They thought it would be OK to keep me waiting while they did a pedicure and another set of nails, which at best would have taken a 90 minutes. I left called Twin Cities Nails in St.Louis Park, was able to get a appointment at 1:30. Then in the middle of my manicure, Great Nails called. Needless to say, I didn’t answer the phone.

Kenny did an acrylic removal and a gel fullset for me and was absolutely amazing, such a kind guy!!! The salon is so pretty!

My acrylics were as thick as the gel nail polish and snapped off after only 2 days, one week later and I only have half of my nails left and I spent 90$ and I can’t get them fixed because it tore off my real nail. Don’t get long nails here.
