I came in to get my eyebrows nails and toes done I had a great experience with my brows and lashes. The lady who did them was super nice and did a great job! However I got my toes done and after my $77 pedicure looks as if a 5 year old did my nails I walked out without getting my nails done I am highly upset the man who did my feet was more focused on his cellphone in the drawer than my toes looking decent but want to charge $77 for your feet to look like crap🥴

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time … I’ve never ever experienced such terrible (customer) service. My nail tech. (Diego), worked with haste on a manicure (I never asked for) , leaving my cuticles cut up/sore and actually bleeding 🩸. Immediately I stopped all services & was going to just leave after my eyebrow arch.. never ever to return AGAIN. However, Management apologized, offered some type of ointment and to waive fee for nails. I decided to stay, all services were completed .. BUT!!!! Management goes back on his word , INSTEAD of waiving mail fee…offers me a measly 10% off discount!!!!! Let me tell you…It’s been 5 days since, and my nail beds are still on fire! (from Diego literally sawing away at my cuticle beds)… And to believe, the only compensation offered 10% off???? I should have left as planned, but mgmt. practically pleaded/apologizing , appearing to want to retire mishap..I didn’t want to be irrational and unforgiving . Because, I understand mistakes do happen. But, this …this was a just wrong!!

The ambiance, the music, the cleanliness & the customer service! 5 stars all across the board.

I found ‘Deluxe Nails’ on google maps roughly 6 weeks ago and as of THAT day they earned themselves a new loyal customer.

My honest review:

It was late night on a Sunday (of all days). Henry, my nail tech, did not let me feel rushed. He showed me options of colors and executed my set perfectly. My nails lasted 3 weeks, no chips, no lifting & I was able to get a fill-in my second visit.
My second visit i brought my daughter. I love that they service children. They treated her like the big girl she thinks she is. Her nails were VERY neat.

Today on my third visit, Deluxe nails sealed the knot. Once again, late night.. long day at work. I’m greeted with a friendly welcome at the door.. tonight was busier than the first night so I did have a short wait of 15 minutes & once again Henry saves my night. He did not start my set, but his willingness to finish my set with the same patience he had at the beginning of the day allowed me the grace to enjoy my time listening to the music, embrace the ambiance & relax a bit.

Thank you for great customer service. 10/10 recommended.

The inside is nice, techs were lovely. I did feel like I was rushed out toward the end of my full set and ended up with the wrong polish and duck nails. There is a visible difference between the width and thickness of one hand compared to the other.
