This was the worst manicure of my life. I came to this place because it had good reviews and I left with lards on my fingers. I got gel manicure and the board said $45 I left paying $65 with no tips and my hands are a hot mess. I asked them to thin out the nail over and over again and they left them extremely thick and didn’t even make all the nails the same shape.
I’m so annoyed and very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I called asked if they had time for 2 of us to come get our nails done. She said yes come in now- we got here instantly put nails on daughter then left to finish another woman (no big deal)…. An hour and a half later they have started to finish her nails. I won’t be doing mine as we had been here 2 hours and only one of us has had gotten services. We would NOT have stayed the entire time if she wouldn’t have put tips on her- didn’t even use the correct color on her nails. Poor customer service. Also poor sanitation from what I witnessed sitting in here. Definitely WILL NOT come back here.

my nails are cute don’t get me wrong. Each nail is a different size. the person who did my nails didn’t even take their time to make sure each nail was the same size. when finished i only got one little clear coat. I said when things where wrong but it got to the point where he clearly did not care and was just tryna finish my nails. I’m not tryna be a karen but for $124 and for it not to be even busy bffr

Very disappointed with the new nail tech/owner. She’s rude and did not give me what I asked for. Added her tip to the final cost. I had been coming to the old nail tech and owner, Kelly for some time and she has always been professional and knew to LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER’S REQUESTS, but I refuse to give this new tech/owner my time and money. 09.21.23
