UPDATE: Got my 2nd hair appointment with Shelby, and once again she did not disappoint. I requested for a lighter shade of Balayage this round, and asked her to do some layers while keeping my current hair length. She did an amazing job, and made sure my requests were precisely done. I’m so happy, and already got my appointment booked ahead of time. I totally recommend Urbane Salon and Day Spa for your beauty needs! They only won’t beautify you, but the staff are all very professional and friendly as well!😊

Got my first appointment with Urbane Salon & Day Spa this morning, for a cut and balayage appointment with Shelby. The experience was awesome and she did a great job! Absolutely the BEST experience ever!

First time to salon — Reese is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and so much fun. I could sit and chat with him for hours!

Reese cut my daughters hair first. She gave him examples and specific ways to cut her hair. He exceeded her expectations. In her words, “Love it. He smells good too!”

When it was my turn, I gave him free rein. BEST HAIRCUT, hands down! He gave me a totally new do, one that I love! He’s a master of the shears!

Products used smelled amazing, hair shined and felt healthy.

Highly, highly recommend!

Marilyn was incredible in pinpointing the issues I was experiencing on the right side of my upper body and her work provided immediate relief of the tension and strain I’ve been feeling for several weeks. She took the time to explain what she was doing, how it would help, and preventative measures to ensure I could continue my workout with minimal effect.

Lolli was AMAZING! She knew that I was not a fan of massages and she didn’t not use pressure during the body treatment. That’s not always the case. There was just enough conversation and she was respectful and aware of the environment. I appreciate her!
