I have came here several times and usually like the service. However, the person that I had at the first booth today was beyond rude and disrespectful. She kept pulling on my arm and telling me to relax after I repeatedly told her that I was uncomfortable and the counter was hurting my arm. I respectfully requested if I should go to someone else and her rude response gave the impression that it’s more than where I came from (in other words, who cares about little old me). We exchanged words and it’s safe to say that I will not be returning. I know that I’m only one person, but I refuse to pay my money for rude and disrespectful service.

I love this business! Everyone is super friendly and its reasonable pricing, and fast. Only thing, the guy who does pedicures did my nails and he did my overlay so wrong. He still was a very sweet guy. Goofy too. “Alan” had to go over my nails the best way he could, still not up to my preference due to the acrylic already being put on a certain way, but I will be back and sticking to Alan only! The right hand is just a little different than left. Which is my disappointment

Nails different lengths, french also very messy. had to ask him to correct it a few more times. (Also kept laughing when I asked him to fix!)
Additionally, charged me $2 more than the price he gave me which isn’t a huge deal; but after messing my nails up at least be honest with pricing.

Whenever your around
Zero Stars…. Do not go here. They are nasty and don’t care about the customer just getting money from US!!! This place is very unsanitary.I went to get my feet done and they used some dirty pre-used toe seperaters that they used on somebody else’s feet!!!! I ask him were they clean and he lied to me and said yes and then after using instead of throwing them away he put them back in the drawer. Now I have a weird fungus and itching between my toes that I’m on medication for. I will be calling the health department as well.

I went in Saturday got my nails done he was seeming to rush on my nails had to have him correct one because it was crooked and here it is Thursday and I lost a nail and a few other ones are lifting. Would not recommend
