I wish that I could leave zero stars. I remember when the services at Detroit Spa Nails were top tier here over 10 years ago. I decided to get my nail services here since I was in the area. This was the worst mistake that I could have made. I ask for a soak off and shellac polish on my toes. The gentleman at the first chair literally ignore my request and decided to cut and tear the acrylic off my toe nails leaving them sore and uneven. Once I realized how bad the outcome was I immediately stopped him and told him that if he could have not perform a soak to avoid tearing my long natural nails that I could had figure it out myself or went to another salon instead of you ruining my natural nails and trying to drill my natural nails and throwing shellac polish on uneven damage nails. He still request paid even though the service was not fully perform. I was embarrassed and upset that he laugh, sigh and smirk as if I was a rude customer in front of the entire salon with other paying customers. I will never come back to this nail salon. If you are willing to take the risk to get your nails done here please avoid the first guy (I believe that he is the owner of the nail salon at that). I never had any problems with the other techs there when I used to visit years ago. Jason is literally the best there. I should had just waited on him to help me. I am highly disappointed and upset that I had to experience such terrible services. The first picture is after he remove the aryclic. The second picture after he attempt to continue the service even though my nails was already ruin and uneven.

I got a pedicure and my polish us messed up and my feet still has dry skin around my big toe it looks like I need a pedicure still and it was the night of the day I went

They are usually pretty fast. I like their eyebrow services and I go to the ladies for my nails or the husband and wife on the left-hand side.

I normally don’t do Bad reviews..because I know the hard work it takes to keep your business going..But I have been patronizing this nail salon for about 5yrs plus..I’ve had family members..patronizing it, friends as well..on..weds Nov.22 , 2023..I went to get a filliin and shellac as usual..by the Thursday Thanksgiving..1 of my nails were broken..by Friday another nail broken..and the Shelac is now peeling off…So that next week I returned to let them know that my nails were breaking off and the Shelacis peeling off…which have never happened, They tried to tell me that ..I was going to have to repay for my service..Here’s where I have a problem…You can’t recharge me or anyone else for that matter for a service that wasn’t properly done…And to blatantly tell me that you are not going to fix the problem..Thats absolutely not how you do business, I will never patronize any business that doesn’t respect me or my money and the business that I send there way..The way this establishment handled that was wrong..so I will take my money and my family and friends. elsewhere to someone that appreciates the value of my dollars at there establishment..Money spends every..I tried to rectify this..and still no solution.

Im taking my $$$$$ dollars Elsewhere..To a Business that knows the value of a Customer and treats them with the Respect they deserve.

I had a terrible experience at this nail shop . The nail tech that was supposed to take off my old set and do new ones left me for about 35 minutes to attend to a client that just entered to do her lashes . I requested for someone else to do my nails , They all acted deaf and dumb . When she was done, she came back to me . Another client came in she left again . Then someone else came to me. The shape, length I requested for , he did nonsense.so i had to change the initial nail art I wanted to a plain nail . I wasted time, money for rubbish. See what i wanted and what i got . If you love yourself don’t go there
