If I could leave no stars, I would. My advice? Do your nails at home or literally go anywhere else, Just don’t come here. I get there at 9:45, I’m the only person in the entire store and I don’t walk out till 11:20.

I get a manicure and pedicure done. The pedicure was fine, didn’t get the color I asked for but oh well.

My manicure was terrible, She made my nails soak in order to get the shellac off for 45 minutes while I’m getting my toes done. It felt a little excessive.

She then proceeds to sit in the chair next to me and watch videos on her phone with the volume all the way up. And then she fell asleep!!! And had to be woken up so she could do my finger nails.

The whole time she’s doing my nails she’s talking on the phone and telling me that my eyebrows look bad and that my job doesn’t pay me enough and she could get paid more for doing less at the same job.

My nails turned out DIRTY, bumpy, lumpy, uneven, and terribly painted. Such a waste of money and time.

If I could give no stars I would. My nails are bleeding, uneven, bumpy and not even the right color I asked for. I went back in to store after sitting in my car for few minutes, asked to get a half refund at least because I didn’t have time to get them redone after being there for 2hours. The shape was suppose to be coffin. Horrible service, having employees sleeping in chairs. After she did two nails I told her that didn’t look like right color, she told me “well I can’t take it off” They don’t know how to do dip at all. Wasn’t worth 60$

On 9/20 Tammy did a full nail set. She was really nice and friendly we had a good conversation.when she started doing my nails she was taking her time but then as soon as another customer came she started to rush they came out ok but not the greatest some of them where are thicker than others and not file correctly, the width of the nails was different from others. Some nail polish was in the back of the nails as well.

I got my nails done by David and he did an amazing job. He paid very close attention to every little detail and he got them done super fast. I got my eyebrows waxed by Tammy and they look very clean and sharp. I will definitely be going back. If I could put 6 stars I would!

I normally don’t write negative reviews. But, this is a WARNING to who ever might want to go here. My mother in law wanted to treat my daughter to have a girl’s day. My mother in law got a pedicure my daughter got a full set of nails. The nail tech burnt my daughter with the sander. And when my daughter spoke up she acted as if she didn’t hear her. After she applied the acrylic she put the UV light on and my daughter said it burnt so bad. She told the woman how bad it’s burning ( mind you my daughter has been getting her nails done since she was 14 now she’s 20) the tech told her it’s normal. That evening her fingers still were burning and the nails started to pop off. ( I helped her to take the rest of the nails off. She is now healing.)

While that was going on, my mother-in-law was getting a pedicure. They scrubbed the skin right OFF her feet! She has deep scrapes and cuts on her feet! She told them it hurt and it was way too hard. Horrible experience please DO NOT go here. I have pics. For some reason I cannot post them.
