The salesman I worked with was Bruce Beal. He is quite the cool dude (for being a salesman).
I will grant, I was a fairly easy sale in this case; so no slimeball techniques were needed. That said, I felt like he would not be one to stoop down to that level (nor the few others I conversed with there).
The showroom itself is average or small depending upon where you are from. I would say average is most appropriate. It is clean with a decent (average) sized apparel department.
[It is a little difficult to give a full opinion of the showroom as a renovation is in progress.]
The ladies in the apparel department were quite helpful and pleasant to work with.
The parts department sales rep. (Sorry brother I forgot your name) was also great to work with.
All-in-all, a 5* experience. I can say that it did not feel like I was at a dealership. That statement is for me what says it all.

I just took the MSF course at Wild West Harley Davidson in Lubbock, Texas. It was a great class and EVERY rider should take the class. I knew the basics of riding a motorcycle but had .001 amount of actual riding experience. It was very informative my instructor John was exceptionally patient with me. I greatly benefited from his decades of knowledge and experience. I absolutely feel some of the things taught would potentially save my life. Highly recommend taking this class

I broke down on the first day of a week long motorcycle trip with the guys. The group went on, and I stayed behind to repair my bike. It couldn’t be repaired in time. Wild West put me on a solid used bike in just a few hours, and I did 1600 miles on it in the next 5 days!! Great guys!! Great service!!

Well, I decided to do a bunch of work to my bike and ended up messing up something electrical in the nacelle area of my Road Glide. After being dumbfounded for long enough I drove down to Wild West from Amarillo to have them figure out my mistakes. I gave them a quick rundown of what I did and told them it was no rush and to just holler at me when they were done. They told me it would probably be next week before they could check it out and I let them know there was no rush because I wouldn’t be available for a bit. Then out of nowhere the same day they called me and let me know that they had some cancellations so they broke into it and had it fixed in 45 minutes, and I could just come pick it up when ready. They barely missed me leaving town, but the fact that they even took that it to consideration and made the effort to catch me before I left was stellar. This right here is service. This is what it looks like when a dealer cares about its customers and this is why I will continue to make the drive down from Amarillo to Wild West as my PREFERRED Harley Davidson dealership!!!

Always has great customer service and I buy things for my husband(Christmas fathers day birthday) and they always help me because I have no clue what I am doing but I always provide pics and they know what I am looking for.
