My sister and I were visiting Portland and stopped to get acrylic manicures and gel pedicures. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and we had great conversations. My MIL recommended that I go here because she loves going here. She gets her nails done by Liu, so that’s who done my nails for my wedding that was on August 4th (I got it done the 3rd) I had a picture of what I wanted that I had showed her at the beginning. The nail with the sunflower should have been white with just the design, but I thought she had another idea to go about it, so I just let her paint all the nails yellow. When she asked to see the picture, I told her it wasn’t going to look like that because of that nail, and I explained to her that I thought she had something different in mind. She was telling me she was sorry and even lowered the price because she messed up. I told her it was fine , that as long as it had a sunflower on it. When she checked me out , I still gave her the money + tip that I was going to give her before she had lowered the price. I looked at my transactions the next day. She only took the price she gave me when she lowered it and didn’t take the tip. I still loved it tho! ❤️

It’s been a long while since I’ve had a pedicure and long while since I was here last at Vienna Salon. I finally went today for a pedicure and a little ingrown toenail from doing my own toes and hiking. They were professional and patient with me because I’m a big baby with toe pain. I can’t believe I’ve waited so long to return to one of the things and places I enjoy. I’ll be back regularly:)!!

I’m relatively new to the world of nails and don’t get them very often so I don’t know about good places to go, long story short every time I go its always a shot in the dark. But I’m sooooooo happy I chose this place! They are very kind and open to conversation but they don’t force you to chat if you don’t want. They were gentle and took their time on my art even though they were busy. They were also patient while I figured out exactly what I wanted and tried to explain it to them, lol! I will definitely be coming back here! They charge far from what they’re worth too, so they were affordable for a high school student like myself to pay for the service and still have enough to pay for a tip. 💜

I’ve recently moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new nail salon close by. I’ve been to Vienna salon 3 times so far and after today’s visit I am never going back. I’ve had shellac manicure there ones and it was fine, although, it only lasted for a week and a half. I’ve had pedicures two times and they do a god gob with those. I’ve finally decided to get an acrylic set with gel polish and it was a disaster. The worst manicure I’ve ever had. Not only the lady did an extremely poor job with the nail design (which was a simple French by the way) but she kept giving me an attitude every time I asked to correct something. I wasn’t asking to go above and beyond, I simply wanted all my nails look the same and have a straight, not a crooked, line on my right thumb. I am so extremely disappointed, such a waste of time and 80 dollars.
