Went in with my wife for a pedicure was told to wait was 20 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes later, sat in a chair with my feet soaking for 45 minutes while they did my wife’s and nobody helped me, or would speak to me. Would not do the designs that my wife requested in spite of designs being on the website, it was not a complicated request. Everybody was unfriendly. Overcharged us on top of everything, My wife had a basic pedicure and they charge for the deluxe pedicure. Used the wrong color nail polish, and took forever. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My girlfriend and I came and got our feet done. This was my first time but the experience was worth while. They took care of me. Made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. The handled her & I feet with caution. They had wonderful customer support. They also gave complementary drinks and all for under 30$ per person. I don’t know how much this stuff normally costs but this was a great experience. Highly recommend.

My SPOT! BEAUTIFUL facility clean and very comfortable massaging Pedi chairs! We LOVE Stephanie, Hanty and management. Wouldn’t get my nails done anywhere else in the MIL! THANK YOU VENUS NAILS FOR KEEPING ME RIGHT💋💗

I loved this place when it first started, but there is only one woman who does the best nails. i was approaching time for my surgery so i went in. three days later the nail rose up and broke in half from the bottom (new set!!!) and i went up there 3 times and they wouldn’t take the time to repair it. the last time they made me wait an hour, and when i asked (because they were going to other customers) they said 40 min wait. Got me all messed up. i wont be back…..

They charged me $50 for a poor quality full set with 1 finger bling accent. I will not be going back, don’t recommend. Very poor quality!
