Beautiful spa-like ambiance with 36 chairs and ample staff. We were able to book a same day appointment for 3 to have manicures and pedicures side by side. Staff was professional and not overly chatty. I did not encounter any issues with up selling from the staff, and the menu does state up charges clearly. Pricing is very reasonable for the basics but can add up quickly with upgrades. There are many options to fit your preferences. We paid just over $300 before tip for three pedicures and two manicures.

We had our bridal party of 5 booked for an appt. Although our scheduled time had to be moved to a later time, the nail techs made sure we were able to have all of our pedis done at the same time and had us in the order of which services took the longest. They did a wonderful job with asking what services we wanted and designs we had in mind. Our overall experience was a fun one, the bride left with a happy face.

I really wanted to like this place, I wanted to “splurge” but ended up getting the worst nails ever. Ruby was the one who did my nails, not only was she rough, she didn’t seem like she wanted to do my nails at all. She kept throwing my hands back at me every time they needed to go under the UV light, I wanted to get a white French nail set, she told me it would be $90. I laughed and asked for just a solid color, you can get this for way less at other salons that don’t act entitled and treat you so much better. I would’ve paid for it if Ruby was more professional and had taken the time to file my nails right, and acted like she cared, she got annoyed when I asked her to touch up the sides of my nails as they were missing polish. That’s when the hand throwing got worst. Let’s say I will never be coming back. If you’re a regular here and have someone you go to regularly good for you cause I’ve seen some great nails posted. Pictures below so you can see how she let me leave the salon ☺️

I went to this salon today off of recommendation from some friends of mine who frequently come here to get their nails done. Each time I’ve seen them, they look extremely good and the pictures and videos I have seen online have amazing art. However, when I went today I asked for the design in the Pinterest photo and instead got something that in my opinion was not well done. From a distance, they looked good but up close not so much. I didn’t realize what the finished look looked like until I stepped outside in the sunlight but immediately was not having it, as some of the gems were off centered and the stars were drawn a bit sloppily. I ended up going back in and getting refunded for the design and they graciously fixed it to be plain red. The nail tech also did not glue all of my tips down to my nail on some of them which can be seen in the last photo. I do not have any ill will toward the woman who did my nails or the company, just wanted to share my story with others so they know and that you should choose in advance which nail tech to do your nails before going in.

I have been coming here off and on for the past year. After a few experiences with Lisa, I am now consistently going for acrylic nails. They are always amazing even as I transition between longer and shorter lengths and I always seem to pick a color that looks great in the book, but terrible on me, and she always finds me the perfect shade every time. Today, I had my first pedicure with her, the lavish pedi with shellac. For it being one of their lower cost pedicures, it was pretty amazing. I adore Lisa. She is sweet and friendly and talented and it is worth drivinb past all of the nail salons that are in my neighborhood in Tigard, to get over to Ventura.
