Came back a week after getting my nails done to change the paint on them . After waiting about 15 mins I was seated and she did a small fill in and began to paint my nails she cut me twice and did not give me anywhere close to what I asked for and tried to charge me 60 after seeing my disappointment they charged me 50 but I feel like every salon should be able to do something this basic below is what I asked for and what I received
*** update – the next day I went to a different place to get them fix the very kind man that took care of me informed me that they didn’t do the fill in properly and I would need another one tried contacting the salon and asking for a refund due to the fact that I didn’t get anything I asked for when they picked up the phone I asked for the manager directly the lady that answered the phone asked me why I needed to speak with a manager I told her I’d rather handle this situation with a manager and she then said he was out of town and to call back in a week she was extremely rude

Called the salon twice and got no answer. Decided to go in person and was willing to wait. They couldn’t give me a wait time after I asked numerous times and I felt like they were pushing me out of the door. I ended up returning later in the day (only because I had a gift card). I got dip and tips on my nails. The dip is lumpy and thick near the cuticle and the file job was super uneven. I’ve also never seen a manicurist sprinkle dip powder in corners of a fingernail to fill in spots. I’m sure that’s part of the reason it’s lumpy. I would’ve asked for her to fix it, but she had already cut me with the drill twice and I was afraid the nails would look worse if she did. It’s been less than 3 days and they look like I’ve have them on for weeks. My hair gets stuck under them and they keep getting caught on my clothing. I spent more than the price I spend at my favorite salon and am horribly dissatisfied with the outcome.

I asked for a simple design on my nails. When i realized nobody could do this simple design, I said that is totally fine and asked for a french manicure instead. Multiple times the woman told me she was going to ring my neck and that I was too high maintenance. The french manicure is one of the worst jobs i’ve ever seen. The white tip wasn’t completely solid and my nails started chipping the next day. I would absolutely not recommend this place, literally go anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful! I LOVE going to them! My nails always last such a long time! They are so friendly and very clean!

I don’t recommend this place. I used them only to get my acrylic nails off and went midday on a Monday. I was the only person inside and the man and one of the women there were incredibly rude. They did an awful job taking the acrylics off as I still have acrylics left on every single nail. She was mad I didn’t have time to get a manicure and felt very judged by everyone in there who didnt engage with me but only spoke to one another in another language. I couldn’t wait to leave and I was only there for 15 min. I only went here because it’s down the street from my job but I normally use MUCH better places in regards to more sanitized, better prices, friendlier than this place. I won’t be back.
