My original nail tech had to ask her to take over, and Aria was able to understand my simple request to go as close and clean as possible. Her work showed a significant difference. If you are looking for thorough cuticle care, ask for Aria. 😊

I would also like to mention the friendliness of the gentleman who brought Dunkin Donuts in the morning and was doing some handyman work. Great energy and I could tell he was dedicated!

I tried this place several times before writing this. My first experience with Ruby was awesome. I was looking for a new nail home closer to me. My second experience Ruby wasn’t available so I went with someone else who was okay at most. Juliette cut my toe nails super short without asking and the shape was completely off.
My third experience I called and booked a mani pedi appointment for both my 6 year old daughter and I. They immediately took my daughter across the shop from me which obviously made me uncomfortable because I asked to sit with her until they were ready for my nails. Aria did a great job on my Nails but when it came time for my pedicure Juliette refused to do the pedicure and only would do a polish change because “I didn’t need it” even though it had been 3 weeks and that’s what I booked. It still took an hour for a polish change and my toes were completely uneven and messy.
This morning I called for another appointment with Aria. They said come in at 11:30 and then I waited an hour and 10 minutes and she was still finishing the person before me when I left.

I went here today to get a soak off and hard gel manicure. I didn’t have to wait long maybe 10 mins but the girl in front of me said she had been waiting an hour. The lady that did my nails was so rough with my soak off she ripped my nail in half and told me she couldn’t do hard gel she would have to put acrylic with a tip on. I was okay with it but I was debating leaving with just a soak off cause she was so rough and blamed me for breaking my nail and I didn’t like how she was treating me but because I drive 30 mins i decided to let her finish cause I didn’t think they would be so ugly. All the pictures I had seen looked good and the salon looked nice so I made the mistake of letting her finish. I hated the shape and how she glued the tips on. But she already had one hand done with acrylic so when she asked me what I thought I told her I don’t like the shape and she told me it’s because I have thin nails that’s why they look the way they do. I do hair and went to cosmetology school so I know that’s not a thing. But I didn’t argue with her cause I knew when she blamed me for breaking my nail that this was a possibility if I let her finish my nails so I just told her that she could finish them but I don’t like them. She took 10$ off because I didn’t like them but originally they where 75. I tipped her the 10$ she took off cause if those are your prices and you think something is worth that much then that’s your prices but I don’t think they’re worth more then 45 at best and I think it’s crazy she is charging so much for how bad they look. But if that is what they charge that is their prices. I think this place is over priced because it’s open late and near Summerlin. I would definitely never go back. When I got home to take a picture of the shape I noticed she also left me with a hang nail as you can see and on both my thumbs she didn’t file down my nails underneath so their is space between the acrylic and my natural nail that space allows for water to get under my nails and create a fungal infection. I tried my best to be nice about what I didn’t like but all around my experience at this salon was poor and definitely not worth the price in my opinion. But you can look at the pictures and decided for yourself.

The salon manager did a great job on my nails and I appreciate her accommodating me at 9pm even though she didn’t receive my online appointment request. Also the inside is decorated so beautifully, which she did as well. Beautiful salon with a nice atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back.

I got my nails done by ruby. I got acrylic tips and told her I didn’t want them too long because I type a lot. She kept insisting the length she wanted was good to type. Went home and tried to do some work but could not type. I went back in today to get them shortened. She gave me a lot of attitude about shortening them. She cut them down a little but I lost the design. I asked her if she could re-do the design (just painting the tips as the original ask) and she refused giving me a lot of attitude as if I was asking too much. I would have gave her an additional tip if she wasn’t being so rude. I have added the before and after. This cost $117. Kind of disappointed in how she was treating me as if I didn’t pay for this nor tip her well yesterday.
