If I could give a 0 I would . Definitely the worst service I ever had. I called wanted gel at first but changed my mind the lady who did my nails was drilling my gel off and hurt my nails and burned my skin a little as well. I asked her to soak it off because she was trying to continue and still leave gel on my nails . When they said to soak off is $15 I didn’t think it was worth it because I still have gel on my fingers and I had to tell her how to do her job . The owner said she would do my nails because how the lady left my nails (photo below) and they wanted to still charge $15 with my nails looking crazy but it was too late the lady already hurt my fingers and left all the gel on my hands. I give them chance after chance and they never do right!!! They rush everything, I got a 45 mins pedicure and if you know that is not cheap plus to add gel is about $65 for just feet. Then she only spent about 25 mins doing my feet when it suppose to be for 45 mins I guess that include my wait time. Then when it comes to my nails instead of cutting my cuticles she want to use the drill on high speed rushing and cutting me. Then the nail quality doesn’t last long at all the whole place is TERRIBLE and a rip off !!! I used to come to them because they are the only ones who have availability and I see why because all of the good nail techs are taken. Never go here if you do wait for the only men there, he does great and know how to have conversation and his nail quality is good he needs his own shop and get rid of them over people in there half a** doing there job.

I have always gone to do my manicure and pedicure there I never had any kind of problem i even recommended friends, but the last time I was attended by a lady who already has time working there, she made my nails I went out of Las Vegas but I had little pain, it turned out that both of my toenails were rotting with an infection and fungi that had never and never happened I’m afraid of it for life and I’m afraid to go to any other room because of them and their bad work. Now I’m dealing with this for a month already !!! NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Great experience! The pedicure option I chose included hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and a neck massage. Well worth the cost! Atmosphere is relaxing, but some customers made it a bit uncomfortable with one-way speaker phone conversations and yelling at each other across the shop. Hard to de-stress. Overall, fantastic service and I will return.
