DO NOT GO TO AZIAONNA!
I spoke with Aziaonna via her instagram @clawsbyazi on 6/23 about a nail appointment the morning of 6/25. She told me that she had availability that day at 9 a.m. so I sent her my deposit. 6/25 at 8:46 a.m. she texts me saying that she will have to reschedule to later in the day. I ask her what time and she tells me that she’ll let me know around 10. 1 p.m. comes and I haven’t heard from her so I text her again and ask what time should I come to which I got no response. Shortly after I text her directly requesting my deposit back as I no longer have the time to go to the salon since my appointment was in the morning to which I also got no response. Three days pass with no response from Aziaonna and no notice of my deposit being returned, so I comment under one of her recent social media posts requesting my deposit to which she deleted my comment but did not send me my deposit back. It is now 6/29 and I still have no response from her nor have I had my deposit returned. My experience (or lack thereof) with her has been unprofessional and uncalled for. If you don’t have the time to do someone’s nails, communicate that instead of wasting people’s time and stealing their money. Completely turned off from her and this nail salon. Update: I commented on another one of her posts from today (6/29) and she deleted it again but still no sign of my deposit

Excellent customer service. Very clean, professional and personal. Excellent nail techs/artist. Attentive to your needs and wants. Very knowledgeable about nail care. Also very creative. They are serious about their craft. They give you the true feeling/experience of pampering and uplifting yourself.

Made an appointment days in advance. They tried to reschedule my appointment 15 minutes before the start time. I showed up, considering the fact that I was enroute. There was only one customer being serviced when I arrived. I waited approximately 30 minutes and then I was asked again if I wanted to reschedule. I took that as a sign to cancel. To add insult to injury, this establishment requires you pay 50% of your estimated cost of service upon booking. However, they had no problem canceling my appointment while I was on site. It seems to me that if an establishment has such strict and rigid policies for booking, that they would hold themselves to a higher standard with follow-through. Now I am left waiting for my refund.

Just go!!!! That’s my favorite lady!! She knows my nails are helping me breathe in this world. It’s a matter of life or losing all of my oxygen. I will live my best life as long as she is there!! ALWAYS. Nail my love and love my nails!🙏💯😘😘
