I give this place a 1 star a zero if possible. I had schedule an appointment a couple days in advance over the phone and spoke to Jimmy. I had ensured that he took my name down and number so that my spot is save. I arrived to the store 2 days later and which Jimmy states oh there was nothing book for today. I had called the day before and made sure that my appointment was set and schedule.

It was my daughter( 5th grader), graduation on Friday and which she was looking forward to getting her nails done and was excited. Unfortunately, he said there was nothing scheduled and refused to do our nails. I wouldn’t recommend booking at this place due to the poor customer service and the poor attitude from the owner. Please look elsewhere and find a place who values their customer. I’ve came to this place multiple times and which I was left disappointed and will not be coming here no more. Lastly, it’s a business and they have a right to refuse services. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place you feel welcome and value as customer.
