I sat there for 2 1/2 hours and every time I would ask a question the lady would be super annoyed with me. She was very rude. I haven’t even been a week sense I got my nails done and they are already peeling and chipping. I paid for the dip nails because they are supposed to be nicer longer. Then when I call the salon they have given me the run around for 2 days now about how they will fix it because this is not okay. One tried to tell me that it’s not their problem and that I have to pay for a whole new set and the removal of these ones. Very upset. Will never go to that salon again.

Went in without an appointment and waited about 25 minutes, for a pedicure and a manicure. They both came out well. I had a picture on my phone to show them and they followed through. The manicure process was okay, but the pedicure was what made the trip worth it. Relaxing and done well.

Great service! The young lady whom did my full set was very cautious and took her time with my design. She definitely knows what she is doing. Absolutely amazing ! First nail spa I went to after moving to Billings from Washington State, and I have been to a few others when this place cannot fit me in on the days I would like to get in. It’s been 5 years now coming to these people and each time I went to a different place they completely f***ed my designs and/or outrageously overpriced my sets. I will absolutely wait until my girl Lina is available, although everyone at this establishment is extremely talented. I recommend to all friends and family, including people who randomly compliment my nails. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100!!!

Went in for a pedicure, the lady was so rude. She cut my nails crooked and so short when I came in with already square shaped toes(as I like them). She didn’t even file my cuticles down or buff my feet. They are now short and stubby, uneven, and sloppy. Terrible experience. My toes weren’t even all the way dry and she told me to get up and leave. Don’t recommend going there. AT ALL. Also this place is filthy.
