I would highly recommend never going here. Maybe it was the day, maybe it was the technician, but this was the most painful and disappointing experience.

From the get-go, this was not a pleasant experience I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment to check in. There was a woman checking out a party, which is understandable, but I was completely ignored for 10 minutes as other staff walked back and forth. Someone could have greeted me and the other woman waiting to check in instead of ignoring us. Not great, but not even close to the worst part of this experience.

During my service, the technician cut the cuticles too short resulting in one becoming infected. I cannot use the finger currently because of how painful it is. Overall, this was an incredibly painful experience with more cuts and burning than I’ve ever experienced before. The tech set me up at the fan, told me to set it to 3 minutes two times and then she disappeared. After the 6 minutes were completed, I looked around for her to see what was next and never saw her again. I wanted to ask her to clean them up as she got polish all around my fingers and wasn’t able to as she was MIA. I stood at the check in/out tablet until someone finally came out from the back and asked if I needed to check out. I said yes, she helped, I asked for some lotion because the fans dried out my hands, she was clearly inconvenienced by this but gave me a squirt, and I left.

Immediately upon stepping outside I took photos and a video of my nails. I was hoping maybe after a few minutes I’d be happier, which couldn’t be further off. I got to my car and cried. You should never leave an appointment like this and immediately begin crying, so much for self love club. As the day progressed, my one nail became more and more inflamed and painful. In addition to the one that’s infected, she cut me which resulted in multiple areas of painfully raw skin/bleeding. They look horrendous. From the manicure itself to the paint job to the cuts and hang nails and skin she neglected to cut off, I’m embarrassed to have my nails look like this.

This wasn’t worth the price or the pain that was caused. When I called yesterday after my appointment to talk to someone about it, I couldn’t get through. Called again this morning and was told to send an email as they don’t have anyone to talk to. Overall not a good experience in any way. I’ll update if I ever hear anything from this company, but right now I’m fighting this infection and praying I can get them fixed before work this week.

I got my nails done here a couple of days ago and I’ve already got the nails removed and redone at a different salon. This was my first time going to this salon and I was very disappointed. I got Gel-X. The lady doing my nails did not file down the nail to fit my fingernail. After that, she cured the nail extension onto my skin. Lastly, the nail extension looked like a press on because of how poorly they were put on. 2 days later, I ended up going to another nail salon to get my nails redone because it hurt just to have the nails on. Service was also very slow. I was in the nail salon for close to 3 hours. (I usually spend 1-1:30 getting the same nails done at other salons) Overall, I will not be going back to this salon. Service wasn’t my favorite!

Jacqui and her BFF were incredible and took excellent care of my best friend and myself on our girl’s day. I cannot wait to go back! Don’t walk…. RUN there!

UPDATE!!!! I just want to thank the w nail bar for reaching out and making this right!!! Abby was more than amazing. I actually think I found my go to person!! Not only did they compensate me for my last experience, Abby slayed my nails. She was super attentive to what I wanted. And the 3d flowers she put on my nails muah chefs kiss!!

It’s always something there. I always feel like I’m an inconvenience when I go here. Plus my nails do not last when I get them done here 12 days ago now with 6 days ago that I had to have them fixed and the next day 1 peeled off then their sign on the door says they’re open on Sundays at 8 am but this past Sunday I went there at 10 am and the door was locked and shades drawn!! And I was leaving for fl in a few hours. On top of the fact this was my 4th time going to get repairs or to be fit in bc someone call3d off so my app got pushed then the one they put me in didn’t have time for 2 nails to have a pumpkin or ghost put on No one ever answers the phone heck u can’t even call the location you want direct. U have to call some other # and then select which one and even then no one ever answers.
They just always make me feel like I’m not rich enough to get my nails done there.

I am a first client here at the nail bar and I would highly recommend. My nail tech Dani was the best nail tech that I’ve ever had. She made sure my nails were the best they can be with my profession, and made sure that every detail was checked thoroughly. I would highly recommend anybody to the Nail Bar and to Dani.
