The reception staff was very kind and helpful and it had a nice ambience. I appreciated the cleanliness.

However, every manicure I got here was disappointing. The first time I got a manicure here, I had to come back to have it redone and they were extremely gracious about it.

This is the third manicure I got here and the one that made me vow to never come back. From the start, the brown was completely sheer/splotchy and the polish didn’t come near my cuticle. This is it grown out after just a few days but it looks weeks old. You can’t see it here, but the dust from filing off my previous color (a bright pink) got caught in the polish and my manicurist just picked it out instead of redoing the nail.

When they told me it was $75 for this manicure, I just had to laugh it off because I was so shocked. There are far more affordable salons in the area with the same cleanliness standards and a better-quality manicure. I haven’t been back here in almost a year and still remember it as my worst manicure to-date.

I booked here when my regular nail tech elsewhere was unavailable and I was in desperate need of a fresh set. I was able to get an appointment easily about three days ahead of time, although I’m sure high demand times might book out farther. Cute area, parking on a Sunday morning was easy. Everyone was so nice, and Michelle did an amazing job on my nails! I get nervous going to new places for them due to bad experiences in the past, but she took her time meticulously making sure everything was just right and they look amazing! I had breakage that I was worried would mean losing all my length but she worked hard to blend it in so I could keep the tip of my middle finger. I got the BIAB gel overlay and my super thin nails feel secure and have a great polish job. So happy with my visit, def recommend and while I can’t cheat on my regular nail tech all the time you bet I’ll be back for my pedis!

Polish is 1 coat cashmere, 1 coat “#bad@ss” lol, and a matte top coat!

Did a Google search on Pedicures to find a spot to get my first EVER pedicure. Came across this place, THE TEN SPOT, and very glad I did. Before I called, I looked through some reviews and found a lot of great ones that reassured me I was in the right spot. When I called to ask about services to make sure I was going to get what I was looking for I was greeted with a lovely helpful voice, she was very pleasant and quickly helped me with any and all questions I had on their services. With all those good reviews I previously read I figured I’d be waiting a few days for an appointment as I could only do this mid afternoon to closing time, to my pleasant surprise they had an open spot for me that very afternoon.
The shop was great, very bright and clean, I was a bit early for my appointment so I got to wait a bit and notice I was the only man hanging out in there, was just a bit nervous about scaring off all the beautiful ladies once I uncovered my caveman feet. Once they were ready for me, I took my seat on the raised bench area for them to work on me, there were already two customers being worked on as I sat between them, and I as removed my shoes and socks one pedicurist commented “Even men need some love.”, so NO ladies screaming and running for the door!!
Michelle got the joy of working on my feet and she was super sweat with a big smile and very friendly, got the full treatment for a pedicure, feet couldn’t have been too bad as she didn’t have to break out the electric grinder for my nails. It was a very enjoyable experience and felt excellent, foot soaking, cuticle work, nails cut and sanded properly, excellent foot massage, my feet have never been so presentable and soft, she even put some clear polish for strengthening nails on my toenails.
I will for sure be bringing my caveman feet back to Michelle, who knows might add just a bit of color next time, and I think I’ll add some work on my caveman hands too. You can’t go wrong hitting THE TEN SPOT and Michelle for your caveman foot needs!!
Thank you all for the “Love”, Andrew

Got my second Peti, and as expected all was great, and this time got some new paint to go with my buffed up toes and feet. All the ladies there are awesome and I think they enjoyed making my toes pretty..

I just want to start off by saying that the place is impeccable, a very tasteful place with a minimalist design. The staff was very friendly and the nail tech that took care of me was very attentive and took very good care of me. My issue is with the polish itself. I had scheduled a BIAB gel overlay because I was under the impression that I was getting something similar to tips because it says that it is an “alternative to dips/acrylic”. Once I got there apparently you have to book “The Extensions” in order to get what I wanted so they had to do a regular manicure. I got gel polish and this was 10 days ago. My nails have chipped and do not look good at all, for the price they charge I would not recommend just for this reason. The reason people get geI polish is because they want it to last longer. I have a gel pedicure on my feet that I got over 3 weeks ago from a different place and it isn’t even close to being as chipped as my hands are. I work in an office and I don’t do anything crazy outside of work, this should not have happened. If this didn’t happen I would’ve given 5-stars because the experience was amazing, I just wish the polish held up better.

This was the only place I could find to get a gift card online, and what a waste. From not having any times available, not having the services needed, it has been an absolute bust. I guess everyone else that’s been here either has an “in” or just got lucky.

The gift card I got was meant for the love of my life, on her birthday, and each time when trying to use it it’s been a disaster. I hope this serves as a warning to those that would try this in the future, because DO NOT get a gift card here. unless you know the owners or something to get in. not only wrecked my attempt at a gift for someone I love, but wrecked it 3 times total..
