Very beautiful space. Such a welcoming feeling when you walk in. The nail techs are very sweet and offered me a drink. The pedicure was awesome!! I did the Charleston and my feet feel great. I got my full set done by Bryan and he did awesome. I highly recommend this salon. My favorite thing was they show you the itemized receipt before you pay so you can see exactly what you are paying for! So lovely, will be back again and again❤️

I started going to this salon in October, so have gotten full manicures about five times from this location. Each time, I had some strange issue, in the photos for example you can see cracking within the dip on every finger within 48 hours, or bubbles under the top coat of the gel x resulting in the gel smearing off 24 hours later. None of my manicures have lasted the expected duration, which is surprising since I have typically gone every 3 to 4 weeks for the last 5 years. Going in for repairs, the staff is often rude and they just don’t seem to stand by their work product in a way I would expect. As much as I want to patronize this salon, it isn’t worth the awkwardness and constant visits for repairs.

Today was an amazing experience for me. I’m a creature of habit when it comes to self care I’ve had someone doing my nails for the past 10 years, but she had moved away, and I had to find someone else in return. I made an appointment and was very nervous about going, and it turned out to be a great experience, the place was clean, upbeat, and very inviting. The young lady that did my nails did a spectacular job and I will definitely be going back and hope to be a long time client. I talk to the young lady who took care of me over the phone and booked my appointment and greeted me when I came in. ( Hats of to Katie for being personable and hospitable )They also have a variety of refreshments to choose from alcoholic or non-alcoholic. I love the idea of the separate cubicles when you are getting your pedicure.

Best nail place I’ve ever been to. Moved from PA and my husband found the nail place of Charleston and I now won’t go anywhere else. The staff is so sweet and provides such great customer service, the place is beautifully decorated and beyond clean and is so welcoming.
Erinne and her mother go above and beyond for their customers and actually make them feel valued and they care. They don’t rush and throw you out the door or not care what your nails look like cause you’re just money or a number to them.
My two nails cracked by accident the one time and the minute I walked in they accommodated me and fixed them back to perfect. Every time I walk out of there I’m blown away how amazing my nails look. Would recommend to everyone ! Thank you guys !!

I’ve been here several times. I don’t mind that it’s more expensive than other places but yesterday I was talked into a dazzle gel manicure that is supposed to be better than regular gel. Was told it would stay on my nails 2 to 3 weeks or possibly more. Has not even been 24 hours and it’s already chipping and was crazy expensive.
