Stayed 1N and had a very comfortable sleep and stay. The owner, Olin, is quite nice and friendly. They serve a delicious local yogurt for breakfast, along with options of eggs and home fries (also yummy) & a breakfast meat.
The beds were a tiny bit firm but my partner loved it & we really did have a comfortable sleep. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. There’s lovely attention to detail like robes, toiletries, and coffee/tea out near the kitchen area. The floors are also solid – so we didn’t hear other guests walking at all which is important for us (since we’re light sleepers).
Town is also just a couple blocks away which was great for a stroll. Will definitely stay again if in La Conner!

An absolute oasis of tranquility! My partner and I indulged in the Heron Signature Works package and it was nothing short of heavenly. The massage therapists were exceptional; my partner’s deep tissue massage left him feeling revitalized and utterly relaxed, while my standard massage was wonderfully soothing. The back scrub was a delightful touch, leaving our skin feeling rejuvenated and silky smooth. By the end of our experience, we emerged as entirely new, relaxed individuals. The Heron Inn and Day Spa truly knows how to pamper their guests and provide an unforgettable escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at the Heron Inn several times before so I have had some experience with the place. I like the location in relation to downtown LaConner. The breakfast is really good but I wish they would put out the coffee earlier maybe @ 730 am. The bed was a little firm this time but the room was clean. One disappointment was that the outdoor hot tub was gone. They never mentioned anything about that on the website. Mostly, a good experience though.

My wife and I spent the weekend at the inn to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we had a perfect experience. The staff were genuine and friendly, and yet we had plenty of privacy. The inn is comfortable and truly felt like our “home away from home.” The breakfast was simply delicious. We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to return next year!

Nice location. The room was nicely decorated, had fireplace and spa tub in the room. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. About a 10 minute walk to downtown. Look forward to a future stay.
