My aunt uses this shop, so i took her and decided to also get a
pedicure. They were nice and kind.. When it came time to clean my cuticles… she used a tool that came out of a cup from her cart then sparyed it with alcohol.. that was a red flag.. The shop I use pull theres from a sterilized pack.. OK then when she was getting ready to use the scaper I noticed it was completely full of someone else skin DISGUSTING!! I said wait are you going to use that tool.. she went over to clean it.. I said NO im done please spray me with alcohol and left. I have never ever seen a tool with someone else skin on it getting ready to be used on another person that was the nastiness i have ever seen. She apologized but yeah never again.

I love Nina but she’s always so busy and doesn’t take nail appointments. Even if you arrive at 9:30 you still will have to wait until 12 to be seated 😪
Update: Don’t bother tipping I tip every time and I still get treated like a new customer not even recognized after coming here for 5 years! It’s a slap in the face

They take their time and do a good job, on nails and eyebrows. Dollar Bill and his wife are very nice people. Very professional. I believe I will become a regular. The price list is worth every penny.

I’ve been going to this place for almost two years. They’re supposed to open at 9:30. Even if you arrive before they open you still have to wait due to them being extremely late. I arrived this morning at 9:20 and no one showed up until 10am. It’s ridiculous. There’s not a time I’ve come here when they first open and didn’t have to wait for the employees to show up. You go in for a service that’ll take 15-20 minutes you have to wait 2-3 hours for service. They need a better system. Wondering how they still have customers.

I had my nails done on a Friday and they started to chip the next day the only reason I couldn’t go back was because I had to work 2 16 hour shifts I paid for shellac and got straight garbage I will never go back or suggest this place! What a waste of money and time smh!
