BEST MANICURE EVER!! Kim was so nice and husband was also very kind. I’m not just saying this but this was the funnest time I’ve had getting my nails done thank you both . Also the hand massage was to die for . I love my nails Kim.and all the customers were all kind too. Wish I could have this shop where I live.

Always great service wish i could leave 5 stars today but I can’t. Only 1 person was waiting when I got there. As I waited more people came. I came to get pedi, full set and eyebrows. First off I’m on a time schedule I come here because the service and speed. One customer came in asked Kim how long is the wait for eyebrows she said 5 mins. You could’ve knocked out my eyebrows first since I been there for 30 mins already but didn’t. They guy working finished his client toes. Went to the back for about 5mins walked to front passed us outside to smoke. So your smoke break is more important than your paying customer. I was skipped and I always spend over $150 when I come in and you skipped over me for $12. Acknowledge the ones whom who been waiting before you take care of someone that just walked in no matter if it’s just one service they are getting..very disappointed

The customer service is horrible he has the worst attitude and talks to you like you’re stupid. I will never walk in again not to mention they still have the sign on even after he rejected me services.

Kim’s attitude is beyond professional!! Instead of arguing with the customer about the polish, just update your book because obviously the sample colors are old and dingy and does not match the polish!! And when serving Americans and there’s a disagreement, the professional thing to do is speak ENGLISH!! Been going there for years but I DEFINITELY won’t be back. I should’ve kept my money and made them call the police…
