The worst nail salon I have ever been to. I got dip and within 2 days, 2 nails have already complete broken off and broke my real nails. My dip usually lasts a full month. I also read a review about them up charging, so I called in advance and asked how much dip was and they said $55. I was charged $66.50. I called the next day and said a nail already ripped off from me just pushing the off button on my phone and asked if they could fix it and she wouldn’t even make the time for it.

I have been going here almost 2 years for regular mani pedi an occasional facial. They always take their time and never rush. Though I do not order any special treatment, they massage, use scrubs, and hot rocks, especially if they know you as a good customer. I have a problematic toe nail that is prone to pinching and ingrowing, and they always do what is needed to make it right. A mani/pedi for $50-$60 in Boston is a great deal. Be warned, they have a high preference for cash payments.

Excellent service and quality!!! I needed someone to fix a botched dip manicure, Le was incredibly patient and careful to not damage my nails any further, and she did an incredible job applying a new set. Super friendly and clean, i loved her HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Visiting from out of town and they got me in last minute on a Thursday afternoon! The place is not too big and the customer service was really great. I am very happy with my manicure and Lee (sp?) was so sweet and fun to talk with. If I ever need nails done in Boston, this is my place!

Called and they quoted $35.00 for a “Spa Pedicure” just like it’s stated on the website. After service she charged me $40.00 on my credit card. I questioned the amount and she said it was to clean!??? Is that not what a pedicure is for? Beware: Confirm the price before you begin!!! Pedicure was average at best, nothing to write home about…
