This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Terrible customer service !!!! The owner was very rude to me . I paid $60 for a fresh set of nails with gel color . They did a terrible job on my nails and that was a Saturday the owner told me to come back on Sunday to get nails fixed which I did . My nails still looked a mess . I come back on Wednesday because my nails needed a fill in already . After 3 days ???? I needed a fill in is crazyyyy. So I went back on Wednesday the owner had the nerve to tell me it’s been a week . I said no ! I was just here on Sunday . So I will not be returning to that nail salon again, they just lost a customer.

My mom and I got our nails done. Never to long of a wait. The girls on the right are much better at nails than the girls on the left. The first lady to the right does awesome eyebrows. My issue is they don’t have enough fun colors. I want chrome and nice bright colors.

Poor customer service and work. I asked to have my toe nails during pedicure they weren’t. Afterwards she seated me for a manicure and then asked me to get up and my foot slipped in flip flops after being greasy from their products. I told her the polish got messed up when she asked me to stand. She told me to be careful when I was perfectly fine before she asked me to stand. She takes her finger wipes the polish then put one coat on top of it, got up and went to restrooms. I had polish on my skin as well and she didn’t even attempt to fix. Im not even a picky customer but this was the worse service pedicure and unfinished manicure I ever received. I would give zero if I could.

Awesome place treated my five year granddaughter like a princess while she did her nails n pedi!! Love that they have special chairs just for them..

Good service, big place. Maybe going during the week before 5pm is a good idea because the place is not so busy then.
