They were nice to begin with and there wasn’t much wait but when the woman came to take the gel off my nails and file my nails she got an attitude when I asked her to make all of the nails the same shape – square with round edges. She proceeded to tell me all my nails looked the same and then before going to start on my second hand she packed up her stuff, walked away and started on another client.
I went to the front desk and i felt so offended i started crying and they did nothing to help or try to understand my frustration. I saw how they were so nice to the other clients (who happened to be white) and i couldn’t help but feel like I was being disregarded or ignored because of the color of my skin. I was nice the whole time, never raised my voice or anything. I just wanted my nails to be consistent. If you are a person of color I would stay away. This is just not the place. I was stopping by on my way to church. This is so embarrassing that I have to walk out with nails like this. I’ve never been treated this way. I even offered to pay for taking off my gel (that shows how “cooperative” i was trying to be. They had no care.
Way better than the place I was going before. They were friendly and patient with my two 4 year olds that insisted on getting their nails painted too.
