My son went to Wanda to get wash and style. This would’ve have been his second time going to her. The first time we came at our scheduled appointment time of course there was a bit of a wait but I have become accustomed to having to wait an hour before getting seen at the scheduled time. She did a good job on his hair so overall I was satisfied. However this time we booked an appointment. She sent via text confirmation of his 3:30pm appoint to me. At 6pm he was still waiting to get seen. My husband left with our son and I don’t blame him. Wanda, if you are reading this please use a better booking system and schedule enough time in between customers so that they don’t have to wait all day. Our time is precious just like yours and It doesn’t give you the right to expect someone waste their whole day. That’s why it’s called an appointment. Needless to say I won’t be coming back nor would I recommend anyone else to.
