I had the absolute worst nail tech ever. I did not get her name, but she was extremely rude! When I came up to her table #8 to explain what I needed she was texting on her phone while I was talking to her. Then when she was pulling my ingrown nails and she got an attitude because I moved my finger a bit from it being uncomfortable and told me to relax. She also got very rude when my sister called me and I had to move my hand to answer the phone. I asked her to give me just a moment so I could pick up the call and she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up in the air as if I was inconveniencing her! I also asked her to fix my toenail because I had white tips and one of them was peeled off. I couldn’t remember if I had gotten shellac or regular polish on my pedicure previously, but I thought it was regular polish so I told her that. However, when she saw my toe and realized that it was not regular polish she got an attitude and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience because it was shellac. She said it was going to take her longer because she would have to soak my toe to get the shellac off and acted like I was causing her to do too much! After her theatrics, she ended up just drilling it off and it only took her FIVE MINUTES! The way she reacted made it seem as if it wasn’t going to take her another thirty minutes at least. She was BY FAR the most unprofessional and rudest nail tech I have ever encountered and I will NEVER be returning. She ruined my experience and did not make this a relaxing and enjoyable service at all. I work hard to earn my wages so I can afford to treat myself every now and then and I did not appreciate being treated disrespectfully WHILE PAYING SOMEONE TO DO THEIR JOB. If I didn’t desperately need to get my nails done I honestly would’ve left mid service because she was that awful. Save your time and money and go somewhere where the employees are willing to treat you like you are a PAYING CUSTOMER and NOT AN INCONVENIENCE.

I’ve been going to Jake since before signature nails opened for a decade now…. and he and his business is the cleanest and most professional I’ve experienced. There is no reason they shouldn’t be five stars!
Some customers who leave bad reviews are just difficult for no reason.

Cynthia is delightful to chat with while she does your nails, + she does an amazing job. I get acrylic nails. They are thin, perfect length for me, and are secure to the nail! * I am hard on my nails. These haven’t broken off 😊

After a long day of working my friend and I decided to go get out nails done as a treat to ourselves. We picked here because they were open pretty late. They were very quick getting to us and with doing our nails. They had plenty of color selection and a very calm atmosphere. I didn’t think the price was bad at all but, I don’t usually get my nails done and don’t have anything to compare it too.

Kendra is great! She is so attentive and great with details.
