I have seen Aliyah in the past as well as my daughter. I tried giving her an opportunity but she is very bad with keeping a scheduled appointment. Last time my daughter had an appointment with her she contacted her to reschedule. We understand things happen so we get a new date. Day of appointment she texts my daughter a few minutes before the appointment to tell her she is running late. I think, ok maybe she’s finishing up with a client, but the salon still happened to be closed. We wait for her to arrive to the salon a whole hour. After so many times she has asked us to reschedule or times she is running late, I’m deciding to take my business somewhere else.

Really great first visit, friendly knowledgable stylist who really listened and followed through with exactly what I wanted! I have poker straight fine hair and struggle to find salons that can work with it. My stylist was Nicky.

Great experience every time! Not only do they have experience nail and hair stylists, but the ambiance is amazing too. I always feel relaxed and happy in their space and come out with great nails and hair. It took me a few salons in the city to find one I loved, this is it!

I booked on Vagaro for a same day haircut (super convenient), Alex was AMAZING! She cut, shampooed and even styled my hair and I LOVE IT! She was super personable, skilled and I will book with her again! I also want to add the price didn’t break the bank either! Thank you Sevva salon!!

Went for a Classic Manicure/Pedicure 8/23 for my brothers wedding this weekend. Wildly unimpressed. It was my first time there and I will not be returning. Attached are photos from directly after the appointment and then the following day. I think the photos speak for themselves with the lack of detail. Rate of service was OK. The person who did my nails was INCREDIBLY nice though.
