I am so disappointed. I have been coming here for a long time and have never had issues. I had my dip removed today and was asked if I wanted a new color and I said yes. My nails are not even halfway done and all of a sudden my nail tech is told she messed up and has an appointment. So they literally made me get up out of the chair and leave (and still pay full price) with my nails looking like this. I am so embarrassed and upset. This is due to NO fault of my own and they did absolutely nothing to make it better. I could cry.
Review update:
After reading this the owner did contact me and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I got a full refund and also a gift card to try them again given the situation. I returned and had my nails done again and was very happy. I am thrilled this was worked out because I really do like this salon.

I love, love, love this salon!! It is a clean, relaxing and friendly environment. All the technicians are extremely professional and provide top notch service! Chandler, the owner, is an amazing person and always very accommodating. I have been going there for about 5 years and drive over 30 minutes to get my mani’s and pedi’s done there every few weeks because I am given next level treatment every time!

They transitioned to new ownership a few years ago and it has GREATLY IMPROVED in organization, consistency, and they completed a beautiful remodel. All of the nail techs do an incredible job, they run on time, the owner is consistently friendly and accommodating. I am always pleased with how my nails look and know that if I wasn’t, they would always make it right. I recommend them to friends and family all the time and all have always been so happy with their experience.
