WORST I’VE EVER SEEN!!!! EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. I got a $60 pedicure less than 7 hours ago. And a $30 shellac manicure that’s already chipping. The guy was superrrrr lazy. Barely, and that’s generous, attempted to remove any of the dead skin. Not going to lie and say my feet weren’t in neglected shape (mom of 2 under 2) but they don’t look touched. I got an overlay on big toe…. It’s so lumpy, no shape and look at the polish job.

The absolute WORST powder dip manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life. Highly DO NOT recommend. The man who did my nails did not take any of my requests seriously. He had no regard for anything I asked him to do and had to reshape and redo my manicure twice. Then a few nails had to be redone for a third time. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Waste of time and money. My nails cracked one day later, and four days later they are disintegrating and pieces of polish are falling off. The powder dip is supposed to last 3 weeks and the way they did it at Savvy, it didnt even last one day. Awful, terrible, horrible experience.

Man the guy do nails decent but it’s literally only me and one other person waiting and a lady walks through the door and they immediately take her. I had to ask him like you don’t see me sitting here. Talking about five more minutes no it’s not no five more minutes I’ll just take my money elsewhere because how do you pick and choose who’s next. Customer service is terrible and of course they don’t speak English

This place gave me fungus on 8 out of 10 fingers. They’re products are old. My nail have returned to normal color but my nail beds are ruined.

I came in for a mani/pedi. I noted they close at 7:30, I arrived just after 6pm. There were a few people ahead of me and I noted the number of staff. Several people came in after me.

I waited about 15 minutes before being seated in the pedicure chair. There was a gentleman seated next to me who indicated that he had been waiting for his service for over an hour. There was one other person seated who was receiving a pedicure when I was seated along with two other ladies.

The young man who seated us asked the gentleman if he had a preference on who performed his pedicure. The gentleman indicated it didn’t matter as long as he received his service. Perhaps ten minutes later, I notice the gentleman complaining again, telling the young man to get a clean towel. I asked the gentleman if he was ok, the gentleman indicated he had been cut (apparently by the ‘cheese grater’ being used on his foot). Antiseptic was applied, but the gentleman was upset and did not continue with his pedicure.

This caused me concern as well. I opted to not receive my service, put on my shoes and left.
