I never think to leave reviews but I strongly believe it’s important to give credit where it’s due. I just have to praise the ladies at Sanctuary as they were all so kind, friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I received a massage from Jessica and a back treatment from Tiffany. Both were very thorough and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend these ladies as they are absolutely amazing at what they do. I will definitely be back in the near future. Thanks so much Sanctuary, it was a perfect start to my weekend!

I have come to Sanctuary for hair and spa services since 2003 and have always been over the moon happy with services. It hasn’t been my regular place because coming to Sanctuary has always been my treat to myself about once a year. Today I schedule an appointment for a 90-minute massage as my treat for this year and was told I had to prepay. I’ve never missed an appointment, never so much as rescheduled an appointment. They told me this time they would make my appointment without me prepaying and then called me back later and said I had to prepay for my massage. Unfortunately (for me) they have lost my business. They won’t miss my little $150 a year, I guess. Prepaying for a service in November wasn’t in my budget, I think this is really bad policy on their part. If I had never been there, I would understand but I had a good history with them.

I did enjoy myself even though it’s girly of course. I was looking for a great massage and I received one. I fly a lot for work so my back was in bad shape. The massage was very good and everyone was very friendly. I’ll be back for my back for sure!

This review is for their spa and nail services. Facials, massages, pedicures and manicures. They do a wonderful job! Very professional and will listen to your requests so don’t be afraid to ask. The spa area is built to be relaxing and calm. Definitely recommend arriving early and taking advantage of the steam room. It’s in the spa area if you are unsure where it is just ask your spa attendant and they’ll show you exactly where it is.

My MIL gave me a gift card for a spa day, and I am so glad she did! I left Sanctuary feeling like a new person. The entire time I was there I felt like an absolute princess. The facial by Kimber was by far the best treatment! I am a deep tissue massage kind of girl and the massage I got was not deep tissue, but still very nice. I will definitely come back!
