My mother and I came in with no appointment and jacked up feet & toes due to hiking & yard work. The pedicure was so great I came back the next day for a manicure. They took great care of us and Lee did a wonderful job. Absolutely will be returning!

I searched for 2 days ( on vacation, leaving for cruise tomorrow) for a great salon, researched prices etc. Service was great right up until I paid. Was quoted 45.00 for nails, 40.00 for pedicure I asked the second I walked in so there are no surprises. Then bam at checkout surprise! 100.00! I left a tip and honestly shouldn’t have but the girl who ended up doing my nails wasn’t the one who quoted the price but still. I owned a business and to quote a price then change it, is just bad business.
Guess they get to quote whatever price since the price guide says 40 and up. 🙄

Reply to owners: I am in VA so there is no coming back to fix. Plus pay attention this was 7 months ago! I was there when you opened, so no not busy.

I’ve been going to Royal Nails for over 2 years and have never had a bad experience! Quynh is the tech who normally does my nails (SNS) and she is amazing, and Lee and Que are also great. Very sweet family! Highly recommend this salon!
