Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Birmingham AL

2/11/2024 was my first time patronizing this nail shop. The guy and lady were very nice, and they did a great job. I will go back again.

After spending $75 on her nails, my teenage daughter was very upset with the outcome when she left the nail salon. The nails didn’t look anything like the picture she showed the guy of what she wanted. My daughter is very skinny and has small fingers. He put big nails on her small fingers, especially on her thumbs, making them look like nails from the 1990s.
She got her nails done for an important event, but she wasn’t happy with them, so I called and informed the owner, she said that she would fix the nails to make it better. I was very happy, but when we got to the nail salon there was a change in the owner. The owner called my daughter and me over to the man who did her nails and started to confront us. They said they would fix the nails but would charge us extra. The owner said that all she could do was trim down the oversized nails “a little” but that would take some of the paint off the sides. After the trim the nails didn’t look any different plus the polish was slightly missing “. We will not be back.
To the owner, please don’t message me, don’t post any apology, and don’t say that you can make it right so that you can look good for your business on here, because you didn’t do that when I was there in person.

ROSE DOES GREAT PEDICURES ALTHO SHE’S BROKEN MY SKIN TWICE CAUSING MY 2 BLEED& TRIED TO SAY IT WAS POLISH. STILL USE HER BUT I’M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BCUZ THEY’VE BEEN CLOSED FOR THE PAST WEEK AND NO SIGN OR ANYTHING ON THE DOOR OR EXPLANATION FROM WALMART AS TO WHY. THEY THEMSELVES SHOULD’VE LEFT A NOTE. I WONDER IF THEY’VE RELOCATED. THAT’D BREAK MY HEART ESPECIALLY IF IT’S TOO FAR AWAY FROM MY HOME. PHONE LINES GOING STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ‼️‼️‼️

Ms. Ann done an amazing job. I had an overlay 👍. I will be back. The only problem price to high for an overlay $30… can get for $20. Took her time and done right. No rush job. Thnks

I went in with my boyfriend to get a fill in. I originally have my nails done in Atlanta but was here visiting for the week. I told the guy I wanted white nails. A FILL IN!!!! He said you have gel on your nails. I said, “no it’s something that came in a container it’s like gel but they didn’t use acrylic, they just put a clear nail on and put it under a light and painted a design on the nail”.He says yes that’s gel. I said “okay”. He starts putting acrylic on my nails. I just assumed they didn’t have the other gel I wanted because I didn’t see the containers in the salon. When he finished with the acrylic and told me to wash my hands he told
Me he wanted me to pay before he polished me them. I asked why, he replied so I didn’t mess up

I said oKay gave him my card and when he returned he started putting regular white polish on my nails. I told him no I wanted gel. He said that’s an extra 30
Dollars on top of the 45 I paid!!!! So 75 dollars for a gel fill in!!!!!!! I have been getting my nails done for years and have never paid that much for a fill in. Let alone a regular polish fill in. ( which I haven’t worn polish since freaking high school) There was a young lady next to me that had gotten a fresh set from the other lady and she paid cash 70 dollars and got her eyebrows done. She came in with no nails at all. He only had to replace one of my nails.Never again will I return here!!!!!!!!!! Take your money elsewhere
