I had a very unpleasant experience at QT Nails today. The service was super rushed from start to finish. He just pulled out his dusty supplies, did not put any cuticle oil and cut my cuticles, which ultimately led to a bleeding nail. I told him that it did not look great and asked if he could clean it before putting more polish on but he kept saying that he was going to apply another coat, which did nothing. I’m so disappointed as this was my chance to get my nails done before thanksgiving and they did not turn out as nice as I had hoped.

If we lived here, this would be our place! The staff is friendly and professional; we walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon and were able to get in for two pedicures. Amazing chairs and a clean environment. The chandelier is over the top and hilarious which we loved. Great aesthetics; my color turned out wonderful; my bfs eyebrows look great. 10/10 recommend.
